Cygwin port から入れる

apt-cyg update -m ftp://ftp.cygwinports.org/pub/cygwinports
apt-cyg install ffmpeg
apt-cyg update -m  ftp://ftp.jaist.ac.jp/pub/cygwin/

• cygwin の apt-cyg で cygport を有効無効を切り替える
• Cygwin Ports / ffmpeg / 3f774c /ffmpeg.cygport
